Edsall Bluff Condominium is located in the 6000 block of Edsall Road in Alexandria, Virginia.  The nearest major intersection is Van Dorn Street and Edsall Road and 1.5 miles from 395.  There are a total of 165 units located in four storied garden style buildings.  The property construction began in 1973 and was completed in 1974.  The exterior of the buildings are brick with a concrete balcony or patio off each unit.

Each unit is heated and cooled by its own individual HVAC system in the condo.  Hot water is supplied by a hot water heater in each unit.  There are no central mechanical systems on the property.  The Association pays for water, sewer and electricity for all units and common areas of the property out of the HOA fees. 

Access to each condo is by way of a frontal exposed stairway and each building has its own stairway.  Trash is collected daily from several trash cans located in a secured ground level room.  Each unit has a storage unit on this lower level as well.  Each unit has two parking passes; one for the unit occupant and one for a guest vehicle.

There is one swimming and kiddy pool on the property which is open from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.  The location of the pool is at the bottom of a hill which isolates outside noise (traffic) and provides a nice relaxing environment.  Prior to entering the pool area, changing and shower facilities are provided. 

The Association is managed by a five member Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Board of Directors works with a management company to ensure that the property values are kept at their highest possible level by maintaining the property while at the same time keeping the condominium assessments at a reasonable level.

There are numerous grocery stores and eating establishments within a one mile radius and a movie theater and multiple restaurants roughly two miles located in Kingstown Center and  Landmark.
