The Fountains  is conveniently located near the Duke St. and I-395. This high-rise condo community is in the West End of Alexandria VA and located just a few blocks from Van Dorn and Landmark and Lincolnia.

The Fountains is well-served by regular bus service with the closest Metro stops at Pentagon Station and Van Dorn Station. In short, the Fountains is inside the Beltway and near everywhere you’d want to go in Northern Virginia.

The Fountains is near the many shops of Landmark Mall and the surrounding area has abundant resources to fill the needs of daily life. There is a great variety of grocery stores here. These include standards like Safeway and Giant, budget like Shopper’s, ethnic such as Grand Mart and upscale markets like Harris Teeter. Nearby there are a great many restaurants and shops.

The Fountains is an older building but very well-maintained. The carpets in the common areas are in top shape, as are the amenities of the Fountains. Most units have balconies and with or without balconies most units have great views of the surrounding area. The grounds are well-trimmed and look bright and vibrant throughout the Spring and Summer.
