Coquina Sands is a family-oriented community of winding streets of neatly manicured lawns lined with mature ficus, banyan and palm trees; centrally located between the Coquina Sands to the north, the Naples Beach Hotel to the south and west of US 41. Like it's sister community, the Moorings, Coquina Sands offers single family homes and condominiums mostly of traditional Florida design, some on the water, with many older homes having undergone renovation or reconstruction as land values have steadily increased. Lowdermilk Park is within walking distance of every home in Coquina Sands and is the place to spend quality family time on the sugary sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.
