Ice House Lofts

by see tucson lofts

Take the old Arizona Cold Ice Storage building, remodel it and create 51 loft style homes and you have the Ice House Lofts
That's what Rob Paulus and his partners did. Rob is the architect known in Tucson for his trendy, chic loft projects. The same award winning team created the Barrio Metalico Lofts and the Indigo Modern Lofts.
The Ice House Lofts offer a variety of different floor plans. Some are townhomes, some are considered condos. A few of them even have a guest house or artists studio attached by way of a private courtyard to the main loft.
The guest house could even be a guest loft. It is a rendering of a guest loft created by Tim Polito showing one of the actual lofts. Tim is the green builder who built the first LEED certified home in Southern Arizona.
The Ice House Lofts are the most urban industrial of all of the lofts. They have exposed beams and exposed concrete and they are rustic and stylish all at the same time.
