 Completed in 1978, Ethan's Glen is a 32-acre wooded residential development in the west Houston Memorial area, consisting of 288 townhome units. The units are clustered around a large man-made lake in groups of two buildings, with four units per building. The exterior of each home is constructed of rough-sawn cedar siding, topped by sloped cedar-shingled roofs. The development also contains a recreation center, which includes a clubhouse, swimming pool and lounge deck built on piles over a portion of the lake.
