Building Features/Amenities
Some of the exterior features and amenities include:
a lounge with tables
TV and kitchen
fitness center and
underground gated parking

This is also the only building in downtown that has “self-automated” guest parking.

The building is located beneath Historic Core, and on the right end of the Financial District, putting the building close to the heart of downtown. This gives people who live in the Skylofts access to many restaurants and nightly events that take place.

The building is a mini skyscraper with a  urban”hotel” feel, and an emphasis on incredible views of downtown.
