About the Building:
Designed after it's name, the Glass House is a new 23-story glass and steel building set in the heart of Riverfront Park with panoramic views of downtown Denver to the east and an unobstructed view of the Rocky Mountains to the west.
Own the sky, the only way to describe this incredible building. Spectacular city and mountain views are captivated through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Glass House is a combination of an urban loft with concrete ceilings and pillars but with a softer touch of a condo with soffits surrounding the duct work and carpet or hardwood floors. All residences have slab granite counters, black subway tile as a backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
Glass House is the most amenity rich building in Riverfront Park. A gorgeous club level sits on the 8th floor with a movie theatre, computers with internet, several sitting areas and a bar. Breakfast is served every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Outside is a lap pool, a firepit, two gas grills, tables and lounge chairs all with an incredible view of the Denver skyline. A 24-hour front desk provides residents with greeting guests, concierge services and package delivery at any time of the day.
Additionally, Riverfront Athletic Club (RAC) is located in the Southwest corner of the building. RAC is a full service club with personal trainers, classes including Yoga, Bootcamp, Spinning and Pilates, and plenty of cardio and free weights. Each residence within the building receives two memberships to the club.
