Clubhouse
At the heart of the community is a multi-purpose clubhouse facility that includes a great room that can be used for meetings and entertaining, a fitness center, lighted tennis courts, and an expansive patio overlooking the resort-style heated pool and the community's central lake area.
 Fitness CenterAs part of the clubhouse facility, residents can take advantage of the fully-equipped fitness center. The fitness center provides a variety of aerobic and weight training equipment and is open daily from 6am to 10pm. Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to use the fitness center.
 Resort Style PoolPalms of Cortez residents enjoy access to a resort-style pool that adjoins the clubhouse facility. The pool facility includes an expansive deck area with a patio next to the clubhouse and it is open daily from 8am to 10pm. Residents are limited to 4 guests at the pool at any one time and must accompany them while they are using the facility. Lighted Tennis Courts
The clubhouse facility also includes two lighted tennis courts for the enjoyment of Palms of Cortez residents. The tennis courts are available for use daily from 8am to 10pm and require that proper attire is worn at all times. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when using the tennis courts.
