Pointe at Gateway is an office building converted to condos/apartments in the heart of the Gateway district, within walking distance to The Q and Progressive Field as well as many terrific dining and entertainment options.

The building itself boasts some beautiful architectural detail and offers some very nice suites.  Some of the drawbacks would be that many of the condos don't have in suite washer/dryer, although you could always install them yourself post closing, and there is no attached underground parking.  If you want  a spot you need to lease one across the street.
I would recommend looking at these units if you absolutely love living downtown but want something affordable.  You can purchase a 2 bedroom condo in this building at a great price.
