Located at 140 S Van Dorn Street in Alexandria, EOS twenty-one is an incredibly affordable DC Metro condo option.
The EOS 21 condo building is just under a mile from the Van Dorn Street metro stop, a station that has access to the blue line. But wait! The metro accessibility gets even easier, because EOS-21 has a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to the station, so you don’t have to break a sweat on your way to work. EOS twenty-one has tons of these “club-style” amenities to make life easier for residents. Included on site are luxuries like a market and deli, a coffee bar with wireless internet access, as well as dry cleaning, a library, and even a movie theater! For your health and wellness, EOS twenty-one has two swimming pools. a fitness center complete with classes, and tanning beds(although I don’t know if these should fall under the category of health and wellness so much as vanity).
While the amenities are great and will leave you feeling as though you’re at Club Med Alexandria, the affordability of the condos at EOS twenty-one is probably the building’s most appealing quality, especially since they recently cut prices.
While the units at EOS twenty-one might not have all the luxury features that pricier condos have, the price is really great. All units at EOS 21 include:
