It is one of the most underrated condominium complexes in downtown Los Angeles. Although the complex is not considered to be a “luxury condo,” and is not priced as such, it’s amenities, location, relaxing “green” atmosphere via their water fountains and bamboo trees, it’s cleanliness, and reasonable prices makes it deserving to be classified as one of the top condo buildings in downtown. The first thing that makes this complex stand out from the others is it’s location. It is literally right next to the Los Angeles Public Library. If you love reading books, the library is a half a block away. The Library Court is in the heart of the financial district, right next to the Citi Building and the Bank of America building. If you work in the financial district, this is a great building to live in because of the proximity to your work. This Library Court is also located next to some fine restaurants, such as the Cicada, and bars such as the famous roof top Standard Bar. If you want to get a bite to eat close buy, there are some restaurants on the lowest floor of the library court, including Subway, Mitaki Sushi, Loose Leaf Custom Made Salad, and Wolfgang Puck La Bistro.
Just around the friendly neighbourhood of downtown Los Angeles, the Library Court residents will find plenty of food, art, entertainment, shopping, nightlife and other local conveniences just next door to their private homes.
