Museum Parc

Museum Parc, a mixed-use property developed by ADCO in 1989, was the first residential condominium built in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco. When the earthquake of 1989 hit the city, 189 of Museum's 233 units were already under contract. ADCO offered a number of the remaining nearly completed apartments as temporary dwellings to residents whose homes in the Marina had been destroyed.

Museum Parc’s studios and 1 & 2-bedroom affordable condominium homes set a standard of style and value. The building's inspired design features bold, granite columns and sweeping, glass-cloaked curves that join to create a soft, flowing exterior dimension.
