by Kathy Newman The Park Lane is a condominium community of three high rise towers built right on the northern perimeter of Washington Park.  Generally there are six units on each floor (except the top floors) with four two bedrooms on each corner and two one bedrooms - one north facing and one south facing.  There are 20 three bedrooms on floors 18 & 19 and four penthouses. All units have covered open air balconies. AMENITIES Amenities include: a recently remodeled exercise room complete with treadmills, stationary bikes free weights and a comprehensive weight machine two swimming pools one indoor, one outdoor, steam rooms and sauna and two hot tubs newly decorated party rooms a billiard room driving range and a library add to the enjoyment for Park Lane residents Underground and outside off street parking spaces are available for rent.  For the active bicycling residents, bike storage is provided on the lower level of each building.  Laundry facilities are located in the lower level of each building.  One small (25 lb weight limit) dog or two cats are permitted.  Six guest rooms are available for residents to rent for visitors. Living at the Park Lane is most enjoyable.  With its excellent amenities, lovely park, mountain and city views and fabulous location beside the park it is a great place to live.
