The Residences at The St. Regis San Francisco defines an unrivaled level of urban excellence. Rising from the 22nd to 40th floors of the St. Regis San Francisco at Third and Minna Streets, the private residences are a stunning convergence of world-class architecture and impeccable hospitality. The St. Regis Hotel San Francisco & St. Regis Residences is a spectacular 42-story concrete structure in San Francisco’s SOMA district. This 750,000-sq-ft landmark includes 102 luxury condominiums, a 5-star hotel with 269 guest rooms, 2 high-end restaurants, a spa, and 16 meeting and event spaces. The tower is integrated into the newly-restored Williams Building which is the home of the new Museum of the African Diaspora. Building one of the tallest concrete structures on the West Coast required a blend of engineering innovation and high-rise construction expertise. Webcor provided this by teaming up with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to create this unique concrete structure. Redundant lateral systems were combined with shear walls, and gravity beams were eliminated with a strengthened slab. These measures not only reduced the overall cost of the project but also allowed the use of flying forms which cut 107 days from the schedule. Setting the standard for San Francisco’s finest luxury hotels, The St. Regis interiors utilize the best materials available.
These special homes have features such as hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with designer appliances, spacious bedrooms, marble baths and amazing views from high atop the St. Regis hotel.
